Workshop & class package Policy
Thank you for choosing our workshops! To ensure a smooth experience for all our participants, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and rebooking.
The minimum age to participate in this class is 15 years old and above.
Refunds
Cancellation by Us:
Refunds will only be issued if the workshop is canceled by us within 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation by Participants:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours before the workshop.
Workshops can be rebooked if the cancellation is notified at least 24 hours in advance or in case of emergencies.
Rebooking
Emergency Rebooking:
In case of emergencies, participants may request to rebook the workshop within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
Proof of emergency, such as a medical certificate or relevant documentation, must be provided for consideration.
For any non-emergency rescheduling, or if proof of an emergency cannot be provided, we will charge a rescheduling fee of CAD 25 per person.
No Show Policy
No Show Status:
- Participants who fail to attend a workshop without prior notice will be marked as "No Show."
- If a participant does not arrive within 20 minutes after the workshop start time and fails to contact us before the workshop begins, they will also be considered a "No Show.
No refunds or rebooking services will be provided for No Show instances.
Consistent No Shows may result in restrictions on future workshop registrations.
Notification
Communication:
All requests for rebooking or cancellations must be communicated via email or phone.
Emergency documentation should be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop time.
Miscellaneous
Workshop Changes:
We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and appropriate measures will be taken.
By participating in our workshops, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Class Package Policy
Each class package student is allowed one reschedule during their package. Once this reschedule opportunity has been used, any additional rescheduling requests will be charged at the cost of one extra class.
All class packages must be completed within five weeks from the start date. Any unfinished classes after this period will automatically expire.
After completing a class package, students are not provided with drop-in practice access. Students who wish to continue using the studio must either subscribe to a membership or renew their class package.
If a student has completed their class package and has not subscribed to a membership or renewed another class package, but continues to occupy studio shelf space, a shelf storage fee of CAD $50 per week will apply.
If a student is more than 20 minutes late, the class will be automatically cancelled.
