Shipping

We aim to ship within 2 business days, depending on the time of day you place your order. However, delays may happen during peak holiday seasons.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from us (Not yet received? please contact us). Once your order has been shipped, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery related updates.

Return 

Cups and tableware are directly contacting food and drink when used, due to the potential hygiene risk we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on all cups or tableware purchased. However, if there was an error made by our team to your order or you have broken goods on delivery or concerns about quality, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info1percentartstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of your order arrival and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

For other products such as vase, incense holder or status. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us at info1percentartstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of your order arrival. Returns are accepted on products that are still in sellable condition. In cases when the error was not ours, the products will have to be shipped back to us at the customer's cost. Returns are refunded only when the item is received back at our warehouse and after we have verified that the item is resalable. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.
